This acquisition is proceeding as a Small Business Set-Aside, Invitation for Bids (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $30,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Joshua Kaimikaua at Joshua.J.Kaimikaua@usace.army.mil. Estimated cost range in between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. Job Description: The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Richmond Inner Harbor to -37-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification Section 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. Material to be dredged from Reaches 1 through 10 can be disposed at a Contractor-furnished upland site. Reaches 1 through 8 is suitable as cover while Reach 9 and 10 is suitable as foundation. Dredged material from Reach 1 through 10 is also suitable for disposal at Government furnished ocean disposal site (SFDODS). ALL BIDS will be due on May 13, 2022 at 1:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. Public bid opening will be held via WebEx at 1:30 PM PDT. Webex information is within the solicitation information Section 00 21 00. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on Sam.Gov once the IFB is issued.
