RFI and Answer also provided. ************************************************************************* This acquisition is proceeding as a Full and Open Competition, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, SIC CODE: 1629, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $30,000,000. All questions should be directed to Mary Fronck: Mary.Fronck@usace.army.mil Estimated Cost Range is between more than $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the San Joaquin/Port of Stockton River DWSC to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth, except the Sediment Trap (Reach 14) which shall be dredged to -40-ft (MLLW) with no allowable over-depth, and transporting of the dredged material to various upland disposal sites in accordance with the bid schedule. This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. ALL BIDS will be due on May 23, 2022 at 12:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARDPROCESS. Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on SAM.gov once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from this site will require prior registration in SAM.gov. For further information, please click on the Sam.Gov homepage link, Vendor User Guide. The only plan holders/bidders list is available via Sam.Gov. In order to view or add to the list, you will need to be registered and sign into SAM.gov.
