- UPDATE: The Statement of Work dated 12 May 2022 has been added to this request for quote. Please review the changes that have been made to Sections 4.2 and 4.3. Additionally, please see the PDF that captures questions and answers received from interested parties. Pictures that capture the current condition of the aircraft have also been attached for interested vendors to reference.�� The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to prepare and paint the C-47 static display aircraft at Joint Base Charleston, SC � Air Base in strict accordance with the Statement of Work.�
