- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR part 13 and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only a solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2022Q0080 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective 05-01-2022. (iv) This acquisition is a Total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 333912 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. (v) The contract line items are listed in the Price Schedule of the solicitation package. The intent is to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. (vi) This requirement is to procure Two (2) MEP Air Compressors. (vii) The delivery date is 90 Days ARO from Date of Award. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (x) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. There is no addendum to this clause. (xii) The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The applicable clauses cited within this clause are indicated in the solicitation package. (xiii) All additional contract clauses and provisions are included in the attached solicitation package. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) do not apply to this acquisition.
