- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, NEKOTA Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO) intends to issue a solicitation to purchase new steel pipe material for Bison Corral to be delivered to Wind Cave National Park, Hot Springs, SD 57747. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6322Q0013 PROJECT LOCATION: Wind Cave National Park, Hot Springs, SD 57747. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Purchase and deliver new steel pipe material for Bison Corral. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6322Q0013 SET ASIDE: 100% Total Small Business NAICS CODE: 332323 Ornamental and Architectural Metal Work Manufacturing- Size Standard 500 The Government intends to issue a formal solicitation package with specifications on/about May 17, 2022. If this date is delayed, the solicitation will follow as soon as possible. This is a PRELIMINARY NOTICE of a solicitation that will follow. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) that will follow this notice is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Response date for quotes will be approximately June 1, 2022. The specific date and time will be announced in the solicitation that will follow this notice. The RFQ package, including applicable attachments, will be posted to http://www.sam.gov. No hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation will be provided. Offerors must have a UEI number and be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
