- This requirement consists of purchase and installation of office carpet, as well as removal of existing carpet. The contractor shall provide management, labor, equipment, tools, materials, delivery, transportation, disposal and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The work is to be performed on Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland.� Project area is in Building 2058, 3rd floor, 91 COS. This 100% small business set aside.
