- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institute, Manchester, Kentucky, intends to issue a solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY MEAT ITEMS.� This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside.� The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311612.� ��Delivery dates will begin on July 1, 2022 (exact dates shown within the solicitation).� Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 805 Fox Hollow Road, Manchester, KY 40962� .� The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value and past performance.� The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value and past performance.� Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative cost.� The solicitation will be made available on or about May 17, 2022 and will be posted to the General Services Administration�s Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.beta.sam.gov.� All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation.� The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 6, 2022; however, this is a projected estimate and quoters should refer to Page 1 of the solicitation (Block #8) for the actual date quotations are due.� The point of contact for all information regarding this solicitation is Tracy Fields, �Contract Specialist, at the address listed above.� Completed offers should be mailed to the address above or e-mailed to t2fields@bop.gov.� The anticipated award date is July 1, 2022.� The only format in which questions will be answered is by e-mail (no phone calls please).� Faith Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
