If you require additional access to files (in case you can't download them) please contact the POC for a direct send. 1.0 Description 1.1 The 765th Contracting Flight is seeking qualified vendors to provide the construction service as required in the attached draft technical documents: 1.1.1 Attachment 1 � Specifications 1.1.2 Attachment 2 � Drawings 1.1.3 Attachment 3 � Submittal Requirements 1.2 An industry day is being held on 8 June 2022 at a time to be determined. If your company is interested in attending the event, please require admittance and base access by 2 June 2022. Admittance is restricted to up to 2 persons per company. 1.2.1 The industry day event will consist of a Civil Engineering run through of the technical requirement and of a Contracting Office run through of the proposal submission process requirements. 1.3 THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY.� This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. 765 CONF is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI are solely at the interested party�s expense.� Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if it is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be posted on SAM.gov, Contracting Opportunities. It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. 2.0 Responses and Questions 2.1 All Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a statement of interest and capability to pedro.mendes.pt@us.af.mil and 65cons.lgc.all@us.af.mil.� 2.2 Please submit questions regarding this requirement in writing to the provided email addresses.� Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Answers will be e-mailed to points of contact designated in the questions or back through the SAM.gov website. 3.0 Summary 3.1 THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to identify potential options/sources to provide the items as described above. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. 3.2 Release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
