SAM.gov AISE Industry Day Announcement with Registration Info: Notice ID: W50NH906162022 https://sam.gov/opp/ef3d67b375f042ccb82bc8829f42a9a6/view Published Date: Mar 29, 2022 2022 Army Intelligence and Security Enterprise Industry Day� June 16, 2022 The Department of the Army G-2 and U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) will host an unclassified, 2022 Army Intelligence and Security Enterprise Industry Day on Thursday, June 16, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m (EDT). The event will be held simultaneously in-person and virtually via web conference. During registration, prospective participants must select whether they prefer to participate virtually via web conference or in-person at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Campus East in Springfield, Virginia. We will do our best to honor the method of participation selected by registrants. However, due to in-person capacity limits, some registrants who prefer to attend in-person could be solely approved to participate virtually. We will approve registrants to attend in-person on a first-come, first-served basis. Further, if COVID restrictions prevent an in-person event, then a virtual-only event will occur on the same day and time. We will notify participants as soon as possible if they are approved for in-person or virtual attendance and will send additional administrative info about the event about a week out. The event will include panels on Army Intelligence and Security Enterprise (AISE) Modernization Priorities and an Integrated Approach to Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Modernization, as well as a session on Army G-2 and ISR Task Force S&T Focus Areas and Enterprise Modernization. The event will also include information on technologies needed, as well as projected contract solicitations from INSCOM. Participants will include Industry vendors and government representatives from DA G-2, INSCOM, Army Futures Command (AFC), PEO Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (IEW&S), Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICOE), Assured-Positioning, Navigation and Timing (A-PNT) Cross Functional Team (CFT), Long-Range Precision Fires (LRPF) CFT, Future Vertical Lift (FVL) CFT, Network CFT, Army Contracting Command (ACC), and other government organizations. A security clearance is not required for participation. Notes: A security clearance is not required for participation. Cost: There is no charge for attendance. Lunch is at each attendee's own expense. NGA offers multiple dining options for lunch including a cafeteria and various fast food establishments for each attendee to choose from. We do not accept sponsors for the event. Registration. We will not accept late or substitute registrations. You must register by RSVP (see link below) with your official company / government email address. We will not accept registrations that use private email addresses. To gain access to the event at NGA, on the day of event, you must present a�REAL ID�compliant identification card, valid (not expired) U.S. passport, common access card (CAC), or Intelligence Community (IC) badge. If the event occurs virtually, a Webconference system for the event will be announced before the event. An event link will be sent to approved registrants. If the event is held virtually, we will not accept log-ins that use a private email address. COVID Guidelines: COVID precautions for the event will be based on NGA guidelines and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) COVID-19 community level for Fairfax County, VA (county NGA is in) at the time of the event. Before the event, we will inform approved attendees of other precautions that may be required. The following are the COVID guidelines currently in place. Vaccination Certification. All attendees, regardless of vaccination status, will be required to provide a signed DD Form 3150, Contractor Personnel and Visitor Certification of Vaccination, which can be downloaded a the following link, signed in advance, and brought to the event:�https://www.esd.whs.mil/Portals/54/Documents/DD/forms/dd/dd3150.pdf Masking and Testing Guidelines: If Community Level is low: Masks NOT required (regardless of vaccination status) Testing NOT required (regardless of vaccination status) If Transmission Level is Medium: Masks NOT required (regardless of vaccination status) Testing:�Personnel who are unvaccinated or who have not attested to being fully vaccinated, must provide official documentation of a negative COVID test administered by a professional testing site within 72 hours of arriving at NGA (that is, the test must be administered no earlier than 13 June 22 at 0800 EDT). If Transmission Level is high: Masks are required�(regardless of vaccination status) Testing:�Personnel who are unvaccinated or who have not attested to being fully vaccinated, must provide official documentation of a negative COVID test administered by a professional testing site within 72 hours of arriving at NGA (that is, the test must be administered no earlier than 13 June 22 at 0800 EDT).
