- Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), The National Science Foundation (NSF) the Division of Industrial Innovation and Partnerships (IIP) is to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Riva Solutions, Inc. for no-code development platform enterprise licenses.� NSF has a requirement to address an immediate need to purchase a No-Code Application and Database platform to support evaluation and assessment activities and other business use cases. NSF evaluated multiple platforms in this industry space and found that Airtable�s unique capabilities most closely meets NSF�s requirements. Riva Solutions, Inc. is the sole identified vendor that could offer Airtable software which will allow NSF to streamline and improve business processes, provide secure and cost-effective data storage for local program data, crowdsource data collection, permit staff to build solutions to support their work, and implement solutions at speed and scale.� Riva Solutions, Inc. is the only organization of its kind that can meet this requirement within the required NSF parameters.� The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.�
