- AMENDMENT 0002 5/16/2022 This amendment (amendment 2), of Solicitation No. 47PC0822R0001 adds the following documents to replace earlier documents in the soliciation: 47PC0822R0001 Solicitation REVISED Pricing Schedule - Administrative and Professional Services 5.16.2022 AdminProfessional Srvcs Soliciation Updated 5.16.22 Section J Attachments Updated 5.16.2022 SF30 Solicitation Amendment 47PC0822R0001_0002 This amendement also adds the following documents: -Professional Services Position Descriptions -QA 5.16.22 This SF30 MUST be signed and included in your proposal package. Description of Work This is a Performance Based Contract for Administrative Support Services and (Optional) Professional Services, for multiple federal buildings located in New York, New Jersey, and Puerto Rico. The Government reserves the right to award or not award the Optional Professional Service. However, the contractor must provide proposals for both the Administrative and Professional Services. The Contractor will act as partner to the General Services Administration (GSA) and be expected to offer solutions and decisions that are in the best interest of the Government and taxpayer in the management and performance of the employees covered under the scope of this contract. The contractor must have NAICS code 561320 (Administrative Services) AND NAICS code 541611(Professional Services). PLEASE NOTE: All technical questions and clarifications concerning this solicitation, must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Emily Lindsey at emily.lindsey@gsa.gov AND Laura Egli at laura.egli@gsa.gov, no later than May 9, 2022 at 4:30PM EST and answers will be posted to SAM.gov on May 16, 2022. All proposals MUST be sent electronically to Emily Lindsey at emily.lindsey@gsa.gov AND Laura Egli at laura.egli@gsa.gov by June 1, 2022 by 4:30PM EST. Proposal Package must include the following: Form SF 1449 Solicitation, Offer, and Award (Sections A & B) Price Schedule located in Section J� Response to Technical Factors Offeror Representations and Certifications SF 527 Contractor�s Qualifications and Financial Information� NOTICE TO OFFERORS THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE 100% SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN- OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.
