- Amendment 0005 is issued�to incorporate a revised Section B, B.6 � Wage Determination (Service)/Wage Decision and �Section J, Attachment J-0200000-02 Wage Determination,� In addition, the proposal due date is extended from �Wednesday, 18 May 2022 to Wednesday, 01 June 2022 at 2:00 P.M. EST. Amendment 0004 is issued to incporporate a proposal due date extention. The proposal due date is hearby extended from May 4, 2022 to May 18, 2022 at 2 PM EST. Amendment 0003 is issued to incorporate Pre Proposal Inquiry responses, Far clause 52.222-55 Minimum Wages for Contractor Workers Under Executive Order 14026, revised Section M, M.2 Evaluation Factors, Factor 2, Corporate Experience and include the site visit log.� Amendment 0002 is issued to provide information in regards to the site visit. The site visit is hereby changed from 19 April 2022 to 20 April 2022. Amendment 0001 is issued to provide information in regards to the site visit.� The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials and equipment required to perform Regional Maintenance of Grease Trap Services for Hampton Roads Virginia AOR. And other items necessary to provide the services outlined below and described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include perform maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition and minor construction for the following building systems: Grease Traps, Exhaust Hoods and Ducts, Paint Spray Booths, Wet and Dry Type and Exhaust Systems for Clothes Dryers.
