- Please be advised of the following update concerning the�USSF Enterprise-wide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Support Contract�acquisition (FA701421R0007) as of 16 May 2022: Under the Headquarters Space Advisory & Assistance Services Support (SpAASS) Program, the Government intends to execute task orders against GSA OASIS Small Business Pool 1.�In accordance with GSA guidance�OASIS Small Business�is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside contract (FAR 19.502) with the ability to do Socio-Economic Set-Asides (FAR 19.8 thru FAR 19.15) at the task order level. The Government reserves the right and intends to apply further�Socio-Economic Set-Asides at the individual task order level where applicable and in the best interest of the Government.� THIS IS NOT A REQUST FOR INFORMATION. The Government is not requesting responses to this notice.�Further notifications, market research, and solicitation activities for requirements under the Headquarters Space Advisory & Assistance Services Support Program will take place through GSA OASIS. Please be advised of the most up to date POCs for this and future notices. __________________________________________________________________________ Please be advised of the following update concerning the�USSF Enterprise-wide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Support Contract�acquisition (FA701421R0007) as of 03 May 2022: The USSF Enterprise-wide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Support Contract�Notice (ID FA701421R0007) is hereby cancelled. The HQSF and AFDW/PK acquisition team has been approved, by AFPEO/CM Office, to pursue the execution of the Headquarters Space Advisory & Assistance Services support requirement under the Headquarters Space Advisory & Assistance Services Support (SpAASS) Program. Under the SpAASS Program, the Government intends to execute multiple competitive task orders against the General Services Administration (GSA) OASIS Small Business Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) in accordance with HQSF and L2 requirements. All task orders, unless determined otherwise, will be solicited and executed as Small Business set-aside orders. In order to best meet the HQSF A&AS requirement, the acquisition strategy and source selection plan, to include Instructions, Criteria, and Notices to Offerors and Evaluation Factors, will be determined with the individual task order. Further notifications, market research, and solicitation activities for requirements under the Headquarters Space Advisory & Assistance Services Support Program will take place through GSA OASIS. Thank you. __________________________________________________________________________ Please be advised of the following update concerning the USSF Enterprise-wide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Support Contract acquisition (FA701421R0007): The Government is currently involved in ongoing market research and has not determined a finalized acquisition strategy. The Government cannot at this time provide a firm acquisition schedule; however, the Government currently anticipates releasing a solicitation in the 4th quarter of Fiscal Year 2022. ___________________________________________________________________________ This is not a solicitation but rather a Request for Information to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541611 which has a corresponding Size standard of 16,500,000.00. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all large and small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Hub zone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partner THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotes; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; and the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.�
