Description: GHSI-III is a nonpersonal services contract or institutional support contract for Agency- wide global health and COVID-19 programming priorities. GHSI-III accounts for approximately 40 percent of the workforce for the Bureau for Global Health (GH), encompassing approximately 300 professional advisory and administrative personnel. GHSI-III also provides institutional support to over 15 other Agency Bureaus/Independent Offices and USAID missions. An extension would allow for continued Agency-wide staff support services for both Washington, D.C. offices and overseas field missions
