Description

SPECIAL NOTICE -- INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE MICC-West Point intends to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1: ""Only one responsible source and no other supplies / services will satisfy the agency�s requirements."" This is not a Request for Quotes nor a Solicitation for Offers. No solicitation package will be available. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Ghost Robotics Corporation, 3401 Grays Ferry Avenue � Philadelphia, PA 19146-2701, to procure research and all-weather ground drones. The anticipated NAICS code is 541715 � Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology), has a small business size standard of 1000 employees.� The anticipated PSC is 1550, Unmanned Aircraft (Drones). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All questions, comments, or documents must be sent to safire.m.pena.civ@army.mil by no later than the closing date of this notice on May 19, 2022 @ 0900hours EST.
