Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.� IAW FAR 6.302-1(a) - Only One Responsible�Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements -�this purchase order is intended to be awarded as a sole source procurement�to Apogee Lab, Inc. to fulfill the need for one (1) Digital Matrix Switch�Controller of Apogee Labs, Inc. for use on Tyndall, AFB.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� However,�all proposals received by the date of close specified herein will be�considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to�compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will�normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
