Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues solicitation W52P1J-22-Q-SFSS to install fire suppression systems in buildings located at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The requirements shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), CDRLs, and specifications contained in this solicitation. Contract award will be issued in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 � Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The applicable NAICS code is 561621; the small business size standard is $22,000,000.00; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J012. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price award (FFP) to the lowest price, responsive, and responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. Vendor will perform work required under this solicitation via FOB Destination at Pine Bluff Arsenal, postal address: 10020 Kabrich Circle, Pine Bluff, Arkansas, 71602-9500. The vendor shall complete all requirements within 180 days after from the Notice to Proceed issuance. � Refer to the attachments contained in this solicitation for additional details. Industry is encouraged to ask any and all questions to assist in delivering the best quote to the United States Government (USG). All questions shall be submitted via email to the points of contact listed in the solicitation document no later than 9:00 a.m. central time, Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Please include the solicitation number in the subject line. The USG reserves the right not to answer questions received after this deadline. All questions received and respective answers will be posted to the sam.gov website via an amendment to this solicitation. Amendment 001 to solicitation W52P1J-22-Q-SFSS has been executed as of 17MAY2022. Amendment 001 can be found in the list of Attachments associated with this solicitation. The closing date of this solicitation remains unchanged. Quote shall be received no later than Monday, June 13, 2022 at 0900 CT.
