Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued for 100% total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220, and the business size standard is $16.5 Million. This will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor. This combined/solicitation/synopsis is for the purchase of the following commercial services and products. Removal and Replacement of 1 Single Zone, Ductless Mini Split Heat Pump and Air Conditioner. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. PLEASE NOTE, ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE THE FAR 52.204-24 (OCT 2020) COMPLETED PROVISION WITH THEIR QUOTE. AT A MINIMUM, ALL QUOTES SHOULD INCLUDE CONTRACT INFORMATION UNQUIE ENTITY ID.
