Small Business Set-Aside

Description

The contractor shall furnish four (4) D-21 Monaco control panels, motherboards, zone cards, power supply, battery backup, panel enclosures, wire, cable, unistrut rack, conduit and any other components or parts needed for full operational status of the sluice gates, excluding gate motors. All enclosures, conduit, and other electrical or control material must be rated for use in wet outdoor locations. At each of the four gates, the contractor shall remove existing control units, enclosures, and mounts, install new enclosures, mounts, and Monaco control panels and components at a new height of 80 inches above the walkway (approximately 40 inches above current height). The contractor shall raise the lightning arrestor, antenna, and cable to a height of 80 inches above the walkway and replace antenna, lightning arrestor, and cable if needed. The contractor shall lengthen or replace electrical connection from the panel to the component enclosures as needed. The contractor shall program the new panels and complete a full test of the system to ensure full turn-key operation and connection to the Little Rock AFB Fire Department for remote operation of the sluice gates. The contractor is not responsible for relocation or raising of the electrical panels or replacement of the gate control motors if non-operational.
