HZC Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13)
 

Description

The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. This acquisition is being issued as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) set-aside. Enter price in Section B.� All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged.�� An organized site visit has been set for Wednesday, 25 May 2022 at 2:00 PM CST.� In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver's license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance.� Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits.� Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). Keesler AFB Health Protection Conditions (HPCON) change based on available data.� Personnel should anticipate mask wear covering the mouth� and nose at all times while on Keesler AFB.� All individuals are to maintain a minimum of six (6) feet distance from other individuals to the maximum extent practicable at all times.� Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
