- Letter RFP SPRRA2-22-R-0021 and Amendment 0001 (see attachments) Description of requirements: a. The Contractor shall assist in development of the HELLFIRE Missile Repair training procedures and provide hands-on depot level support to the U.S. Government (USG) workforce. b. The Contractor shall monitor HMD facilities and equipment on-site. c.
