- NOUN: Blower, Air Barrier NSN: 4140-01-660-2458 Part Number: 199K1020-100 The intent is to issue a 5 year Long Term Fixed Price Contract for this procurement with the following estimated quantities: Estimated Minimum Quantity: 3 Each Estimated Maximum 5 Year Quantity: 44 Each Response Due Date: 3�June 2022 Description: The Blower, Air Barrier is the Crew Blower, a DC fan assembly which is part of the M109A7 Microclimate Conditioning System (MCS). The MCS provides cooled and heated air for the soldiers that is filtered to provide a safe environment during an NBC event.
