- The Navajo Area Indian Health Service(NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract to General Electric Company dba GE (UEI DJY8WLTGF577), under the authority at FAR 6.302-1 entitled, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. GE is able to provide preventative maintenance services for the GE equipment located within the NAIHS medical facilities within 4 hours or less. The NAICS code is 811219, with an associated small business size standard of $22.0 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. Any source that believes it can provide the described services herein may provide a capability statement to the point of contact below. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to compete the requirement.
