- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Market Research is being conducted to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone interests. The Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center (VAMC) is trying to determine whether to set-aside an acquisition needed to fill a service order for the removal and replacement of epoxy flooring located in the animal clinic on the campus of the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, Richmond Virginia. The scope of the acquisition includes but is not limited to: Contractor provided transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise grind, and prep floors and install Epoxy flooring. There will be power (110) power and 220-volt, 30-amp single phase supplied to the jobsite and is a turn-key project. Project will be scheduled in 4-6 phases approx. 2,700 Square feet in each phase. Apply: 8-10 mils of low VOC primer/ binding agent. 10-12 mils of a high solid general purpose pigmented epoxy coating with silica additive for a nonskid finish and water borne aliphatic urethane finish topcoat If your company is interested in performing these services, please notify our office of your intent. In response, please include the following: (a) a positive statement of your intent to submit a bid as a prime contractor (capability statement); (b) evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, points of contact and telephone numbers; (c) past performance references with points of contact and phone numbers. At least two (2) references are requested, but more are desirable. Responses to this notice should also identify whether or not the firm falls into any of the socioeconomic categories listed above. Your response is required by: 23 May 2022 12:00 PM EST All capable Service Disabled Veteran Small Businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government will not pay for any information solicited.
