(ABOA):�12,500 Space Type:�Office and Other Parking Spaces (Total):�12 Parking Spaces (Surface):�12 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Full Term:�15 Years Firm Term:�10 Years Option Term:�None Additional Requirements: Preference is to not be located adjacent to, in close proximity and/or within residential areas, educational facilities, religious facilities, and/or retail facilities Build-out must be completed by 10/15/2023 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
