Description

DFC�s Office of Finance and Portfolio Management (OFPM) has implemented CreditLens software in their department that is used to streamline DFC�s credit risk management scoring models and their associated workflows. This software is proprietary software that is only available from Moody�s and is not available on government-wide acquisition contracts (GWACs) or through third party resellers. OFPM has a need for an additional custom risk scorecard integrated within the existing CreditLens software that will be used to accurately evaluate the risk of loan default and ultimately determine the potential for an expected credit loss using a Probability of Default (PD) model and Loss Given Default (LGD) framework using underlying historical DFC default and recovery data from CreditLens. This custom scorecard, known as the Mission Transaction Unit (MTU) scorecard can only be developed and implemented by Moody�s, as it will be a custom application integrated into the existing, proprietary CreditLens software.
