- Amendment 0003 The purpose of�Amendment 0003 of this notice is to provide the responses to the following questions. Qustion 1: The� page limit for Volume 1 - Technical Capability is 20 pages.� Is this a hard limit that cannot be exceeded?� Does it include appendences such as example data or a CIPs compliance matrix? Answer 1: The Technical Capability limit is a hard limit that cannot be exceeded.� If an offeror exceeds the page limit only the first 20 pages will be evaluated. �See Section L paragraphs B (4), (10) and (11) for any exclusions from page limitations. �� Question 2: What is the preferred method of delivering the proposal?� Is it possible to submit using DOD Safe? Answer 2: Per Section L paragraph 1.0 of the solicitation proposals shall be submitted via email.� Offerors may submit using DOD Safe. Amendment 0002 The purpose of�Amendment 0002 of this notice is to provide the following, additional information for access to the Government�s CIPs and Drawings, provided as attachments to this solicitation. In order to receive the drawings/specifications/technical data package (TDP)/government furnished�information (GFI), the company must be registered in the DOD Joint Certification Program (JCP). Once approved for the JCP the company will have access to the drawings through SAM.gov or email request. Registered users are required to log in to their SAM account and have an active registration with JCP to view and download copies of the material. You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) to be granted access to the technical documentation, via SAM.gov (http://sam.gov/) or email request (DoD SAFE). Emailed requests must be submitted by the JCP registrant to Teresa Michael at teresa.m.michael2.civ@us.navy.mil and must include: 1. Solicitation Notice ID; 2. Contractor name and address; and 3. Contractor CAGE code.� Amendment 0001 Solicitation Number N66604-22-R-0081�Amendment 0001 to extend the solicitation response date is released and is attached as part of this notice.� Solicitation Number N66604-22-R-0081 is released and is attached as a part of this notice. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for build-to-performance�DT-705A First Article and Production Sensor Assemblies, as specified in the attached�Solicitation. Award of a single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for the�DT-705A First Article and Production Sensor Assemblies that meet the�performance requirements of the respective DT-705A Critical Item Performance�Specification (CIPS) is anticipated. This procurement is solicited as unrestricted as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334511. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees.
