- 21 May 2022: Posting amendment- be sure to acknowledge amendment on front page of SF1442.� We will NOT accept e-mailed bids.� You may bring it in person or mail ahead of time� Bid opening is scheduled for 0900 hours (Central) on 25 May 2022. 11 May 2022: Adding�Pre-Bid RFI Intel Vault 11May22,�E-101 revised,�RFI_5_MiniSplitPhotos and�WALL SECTION documents. 10 May 2022: Adding Pre-Bid site-visit sign-in sheet, slides, and minutes. Intel Vault Upgrade The Tulsa Air National Guard, Oklahoma is issuing this solicitation for the project to upgrade the Intelligence Vault. will include drywall systems, electrical, combinations, minor HVAC work and meeting STC sound requirements for new wall/door systems. The sole source/ brand name specific items for compatibility with existing structural integrated systems are: Corning Edge Housing and Splice Cassette, Kaba Mas X-10 High Security Lock, Indalla card readers and Cisco switches and associated equipment. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b).��Persons who intend to bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference, 3 May 2022 at 9:00am central time; see FAR 52.236-27 in the document titled W50S8U-22-B-0002 for more details. Requests for Information (RFIs) must be received by the government by 1300 hours on 18 May 2022 using the attached RFI Template. ""Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later than 30 Sep 2022. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list aw ard if funds become available and the prices received arew ithin an aw ardable range. Award will be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government consideringing only price and price related factors.""
