Description
Federal Aviation Administration Sources Sought Synopsis/Request for Information for Mutual Learning Mindset Instruction for Flight Standards (FS) Leadership General Information: FS leadership is continuing their pursuit to change their organization�s cultural patterns of leading from a unilateral control perspective to a collaborative, mutual learning approach characteristic of transformational leadership in order to enhance transition efforts associated with restructuring initiatives.� To continue shifting FS sub-cultures from unilateral control, the application of mutual learning principles is needed to exemplify interdependence and critical thinking within leadership teams, ultimately improving consistency and the quality of results throughout the organization. Anticipated Requirements: Please refer to the attached Mutual Learning Mindset Instruction for FS Leadership Statement of Work (SOW) for details on the following requirement activities and supplemental information for the anticipated acquisition. Activities: 1 -�Mutual Learning Training 2 -�Mutual Learning Congruency 3 - Train-the-Trainer Sessions & Certification Responses: Interested sources are highly encouraged to answer the following questions when responding to this Sources Sought Synopsis/Request for Information: Does your company provide Mutual Learning Mindset training/instruction based on the training program developed by Roger Schwartz & Associates (RSA)? Does your company provide instruction/training that is similar to RSA�s Mutual Learning Mindset principals/processes?� If so, detail how the instruction/training your company offers:� Assist with examining and changing assumptions and biases at the individual level. Develop and deliver an apprentice model for certification for selected individuals with the capacity to increase leaders� capability and competency in the mutual learning mindset and approach. Integrate change among identified culture change components by aligning mutual learning to various development services and models. All responses (one response per company) are to be provided on company letterhead.� No type font less than 12-point may be used and a six-page page limit will be enforced.� Responses must be received no later than 3:30 P.M, Central Standard Time on June 3, 2022.� All submittals, including attachments, are to be sent electronically to heather.a.amaral@faa.gov.� ��Please submit in a portable document format (pdf); however, Microsoft Word is acceptable. All interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Sources Sought/Request for Information.� Therefore, any costs associated with responses to this market survey will be solely at the interested party�s expense. This notice is also being used to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the requirement amongst Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses or 8(a) Certified Firms. Interested firms are required to submit a copy of their SBA 8(a) Certification Letter or Self-Certify the Small Business Classification and Size Standard with their Capability Statement.� Any information provided in response to this Sources Sought/Request for Information is for informational purposes only and will not be released.� Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked.� No evaluation of vendors will occur and vendor participation in any informational session is not a promise of future business with the FAA.
