B318 Restroom Renovation Category: Z2QA � Repair or Alteration of Restoration of Real Property (Public or Private) NAICS:�� 236220 � Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Date Published: May 21, 2022 Contact: 138TH MSG/MSC at 9100 East 46th Street North, Tulsa, OK 74115 Synopsis: B318 Restroom Renovation SOURCES SOUGHT. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for potential futures needs including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond.� Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Oklahoma will soon be soliciting for a project to renovation the B318 restroom.��This project is to repair/replace all the sewer lines in the women�s restroom in B318.� The floor will need to be removed, replaced and retiled.� Walls will need to be removed replaced and retiled as well. We are currently issuing this sources sought to gauge both small business and overall industry capability and interest.� The small business size standard is $39.5M. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 Please complete and return the attached sources sought form and advise your capabilities in terms of the information provided.� The project location is 9100 East 46th Street North, Tulsa, OK 74115 Include the following in the subject line- �Sources Sought B318 Restroom Renovation� No facsimile responses will be honored.
