Description

Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for the provision of papers, publications, or other intellectual products that characterize the threats and risks of future conflict. The RFI will be used in developing an Opposing Forces (OPFOR) training capability that can simulate these threats and risks in a realistic manner. The RFI will assist in defining the future requirements for OPFOR�exercises in both the short (2023-2030) and medium term (2030-2040). The RFI is attached. �HQ SACT�s reference for this RFI is RFI-ACT-SACT-22-84, and all correspondence and submissions concerning the RFI should reference this number. Inquiries of a technical nature about this RFI shall be submitted by e-mail solely to the points of contact (POCs) identified in the RFI. The inquries shall be submitted no later than 0900 EST on 28 JUN 2022. Do NOT submit your RFI responses to the Department of Commerce. Please send your responses via email to the POCs identified in the RFI. Responses are due no later than 31 JULY 2022. This is an RFI only. HQ SACT has not made a commitment to any procurement associated with this RFI. Release of this RFI shall not be construed as such a commitment, nor as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement will be required or sought. It is emphasised that this is an RFI, and not an Request for Proposal of any kind.� �
