Acknowledge receiving above Q&A #1-4 in administrative section of your proposal. (End of Questions and Answers) Replace variable refrigerant volume (VRF) system for a chilled water fan coil unit system to include a chiller at Building 102. Scope includes replacing the steam valves to be connected into the direct digital control (DDC) system, connecting the energy recovery ventilators (ERV) to the system, and electric duct heaters for the ERV ducts. Contractor shall provide chiller, chilled water piping, expansion, glycol system, cassette fan coil units, controls, electric duct heaters, and electrical connections. Contractor shall provide DDC, testing and balancing, commissioning, performance verification testing, and incidental related work.
