Description

The contractor shall provide services as requested for the enhancement of the current Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Audio-Visual (AV) systems located at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency Mechanicsburg, PA, location. Service enhancements include MS Teams Capability for DSCA Rooms; 4K digital input transmitters with architectural elements. Control system programming and installation are part of the proposed pricing and includes professional end-user training from certified engineer. Integrated Room Maintenance: helpdesk with unlimited remote training, software updates & upgrades, advanced part replacement on qualifying parts and on-site Field Engineering labor. Proposed solution utilizes flexible design for scalability and future expansion and supports peripheral integration for rich media collaboration. The vendor should fully test each solution and provide core reference material to the Government. Please see attached Performance Work Statement
