Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Louisiana City: Baton Rouge Delineated Area: East Baton Rouge Parish Space Type: Office, Storage, and Warehouse Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) 4,000 Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,000 Warehouse Space Minimum (ABOA): 20,000 Minimum Hardstand Acres: 50 Maximum Hardstand Acres: 100 Full Term: 5 Years Firm Term: 2 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Hardstand is defined as a hard-surface area on which heavy vehicles can be parked. Hardstand can consist of concrete, asphalt, crush and run, or gravel. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). Delineated Area To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the delineated area which is bounded by the roads listed above. Properties fronting any of the boundary roads are considered within the delineated area. A map of the delineated area is provided for further clarification: 09/2020 Expressions of Interest Submission Instructions/Requirements: Please provide the following basic information and descriptions pertaining to the building you propose for consideration. All submissions should include the following information: (1) Name of owner; (2) Age of building if building exists; (3) Total existing gross square feet, and gross square feet per floor; (4) Site plan depicting the building and land area; (5) Floor plan and gross square footage of proposed space; (6) Address or described location of building or land; (7) Location on map demonstrating the building lies within the delineated area; (8) Evidence of ownership, if building submitted by owner. Non-Owners (e.g. brokers) must provide evidence of authority granted by property owner to submit the property; and (9) Any information related to title issues, easements, or restrictions on the use of the building. (10) Amount and type of hardstand on property.
