- Amendment 0001 to Solicitation HC101922R0006 is to post the questions and answers (RFP Attachment 9) and the revised solicitation and attachments as a result.� HC101922R0006 Amendment 0001 RFP Attachment 9 Questions and Answers Amendment 0001 RFP Attachment 7 Pricing Worksheet Amendment 0001 Addendum to 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 which is added to the solicitation and provided as a Word document to show the tracked changes. RFP Attachment 1 PWS dated 26May2022 provided as a Word document to show the tracked changes. There is no change to the proposal due date and time. ********************************** This solicitation notice is issued to inform industry that the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) / Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization-Pacific (DITCO-PAC), 477 Essex Street, Building 77, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii 96860 has released solicitation no. HC1019-22-R-0006 for a single-award firm-fixed price type contract for the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) Code 109. This IT and Cybersecurity services contract is to provide the PHNSY & IMF Code 109 with IT and cybersecurity support capabilities in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Navy (DoN), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), and Department of Energy (DoE) regulatory requirements, including any general support tasks as further defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). ��Performance of services occur at the PHNSY & IMF located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam Hawaii, but also include on-site support at PHNSY & IMF�s Area of Responsibility (AOR) on Naval Base Guam. Work requirement may include work within INDOPACOM AOR as required. This acquisition will be evaluated using the best value tradeoff evaluation method. Period of performance is five years (one-year base period and 4 one-year option periods), if all options are exercised.� This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.� The NAICS code is 541519 and the Small Business Size Standard is $30 million. All prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments, if any, or other information pertaining to this announcement.� All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency.� Offerors must be registered in sam.gov to be considered for award. Questions are due 23 May 2022 at 11:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time (HST).� Questions submitted after this date and time may not be answered. Proposals are due 06 June 2022 at 11:00 AM HST.
