- The National Guard Bureau (NGB) Directorate of Acquisitions, Operational Contracting Division (AQ-C) hereby issues Amendment 0001 to Request for Proposal (RFP) / solicitation W9133L22R1002 in support of the Army National Guard (ARNG) Chief Surgeon�s Office (CSG) for Centralized Credentialing and Privileging Services. Amendment 0001 incorporates Queations & Answers (Attachment 0004), extends the proposal due date to 06 June 2022, and updates the following: � � �a. Peformance Work Statment (Attachment 0001) � � �b. Pricing Matrix (Attachment 0002) � � �c. Staffing Table Template (Attchment 0007) - added � � �d. PMT Final Presentation (Attachment 0008) - added � � �e. The following sections of the Addenum to FAR 52.212-1 have been revised: (1) Use of Non-Government Advisors, (2) Proposal Content, and (3) Content � � �f. The Evaluation Criteria as set forth in the Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 has been revised. Amendment and conform copy, as well as updated and new attachments, have been uploaded.� --BREAK-- The National Guard Bureau (NGB) Directorate of Acquisitions, Operational Contracting Division (AQ-C) hereby issues Request for Proposal (RFP) / solicitation W9133L22R1002 in support of the Army National Guard (ARNG) Chief Surgeon�s Office (CSG) for Centralized Credentialing and Privileging Services. Questions are due by 0800 EST, 06 May 2022 to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist. Proposals are due by 1600 EST, 30 May 2022.
