- This synopsis is to inform that NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 awarded a competitive Women-Owned Small Business set-aside, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Level of Effort (LOE) contract to support the various commands within the Department of Navy to provide warehousing and physical distribtuion support services. The procurement was acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 � Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with Part 15 � Contracting By Negotiation and Part 19 � Small Business Programs. Contract N0018922C0007 was awarded on 25 May 2022 resulting from solicitation N0018922R0010 & amendment N0018922R0010 0001 to A2Z, Inc., in the amount of $$25,376,238.49.�The contract action includes a 12 month base year and four (4) 12-month option periods and the FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, thereby allowing a six (6) month extension if circumstances necessitate this option. This contract action was set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses and processed through full and open competition after exclusion of sources in accordance�with FAR 19.15 Women-Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541614 with a size standard of $16.5 million. The Federal Service Code (FSC) is M1GZ. This notice is not for a request of competitive proposals. The intent of this notice is to satisfy FAR 13.501 (a)(iii) and FAR 5.301(a)(1). There is no closing response date.
