- Description
- The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform work in accordance with work package HRMC-030-22. The tentative period of performance is 15 August 2022 - 30 November 2022. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-22-Q-0058. Proposals will be due on 21 June 2022 at 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and the secondary point of contacts listed in this posting. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2021-05, DFARS (last updated 05/20/2021) and NMCARS 18-17. Please note the following for N32253-22-Q-0058: Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission. Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 provides evaluation factors upon which all submitted proposals will be evaluated. FAR 52.204-24: Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. FAR 52.204-26: Section (c)(1) and (c)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. FAR 52.212-3 must be filled or confirm that Reps and Certs in SAM are up to date. Questions: All questions regarding solicitation N32253-22-Q-0058 shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due on 6 June 2022, 0900 HST.
