- The RFP is relased. Please see the attachments section for all of the documents. This is a total small business set-aside competition with a preference given to Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE). TITLE: Fort Thompson Dental & Optometry Addition ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION (APR 1985) (FAR 36.204): The estimated magnitude of the proposed construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The performance period for this contract is 365 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). A site visit is scheduled. Please see provision L.8 Site Visit for information. Proposals shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer, Matt Phelps at matthew.phelps@ihs.gov with a copy to Jenny. Scroggins@ihs.gov.
