- Description
- The COF effort will provide a broad range of Cyberspace Operations Forces (COF) capabilities to provide cybersecurity defense for the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) enterprise. This will be Security Operations Management/Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) services for on premises and in cloud environments. The major associated activities that the contractor shall perform are cybersecurity boundary defense; infrastructure support; intrusion detection monitoring and incident management; cyber threat analysis; security solution administration; insider threat detection and analysis; cybersecurity forensic analysis; data scientist for zero trust, policy analytics, Splunk, and continuous improvement and optimization.�� The anticipated acquisition strategy for the COF requirement is to leverage GSA�s Multiple Award Schedule Information Technology � Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Number.� The COF requirement is planned to be set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 541519. The anticipated base period of performance is 01 July 2022 � 30 September 2022, with a one-month transition beginning on 01 June 2022.� The notional dates provided are for planning purposes only: The soliciation, HTC711-22-Q-D003, was released on 11 January 2022 via GSA eBuy (Reference RFQ1535333).� RFQ Questions due: 24 January 2022 Quote due date: 10 February 2022 Source Selection activities (e.g. evaluations, exchanges as applicable, best value decision): 11 February 2022 through 19 May 2022 Contract Award: 31 May 2022 Updates will be provided as applicable.
