The General Services Administration, Public Building Services - IT, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), intends to make an award to Graphisoft NA,�1601 Trapelo Road, Suite 162, Waltham, Massachusetts 02451, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/requiring office is seeking to acquire a services, Archicad Software Licenses The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code is 334111. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
