- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego intends to issue sole source award in accordance with WASC Senior College and University Commission; Cage 6ZR12 985 Atlantic Ave, Suite 100, Alameda, CA 94501 This procurement is for a commercial service contact that shall consist of Accreditation Membership Dues and Maintenance Fee for certification to Western Association of Schools and Colleges Senior Colleges and Universities Commission (WSCUC) The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. The NAICS code is 611310 and the applicable size is $16.5 Million. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement via email. Requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, CAGE Code, DUNS number, NAICS Code, applicable business size and Tax ID number.
