- NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA)� The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch, (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio Lackland intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Fixed Price Purchase Order for the repair services for the KG-175D Encryption/Decription Devices, NSN 5810-01-547-4520, P/N MC-10901-2, to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), General Dynamics Mission Systems, 150 Rustcraft Rd, Dedham MA 02026, Cage Code 04655. �The proposed contract action is for the repair of these assets for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source In Accordance With (IAW) 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source.� The Government intends to make an award by end of July 2022.� No technical data/drawings/technical orders are available.� If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government�s requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within five (5) business days of this publication.� Interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, any socio-economic classification, and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.� IAW AFFARS 5352.201-9101, the AFLCMC Ombudsman, Deputy Director, Acquisition Excellence & Program Execution Directorate at AFLCMC/AQ-AZ Workflow (email: ASCA@us.af.mil) or at 937-255-5512/DSN 785-5512, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.��� ��������
