This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This is a notice that this is a lowest price technically acceptable procurement, that is total set-aside for Small Business. Only quotes submitted by Small Business will be accepted by the government. �Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not Small Business will not be considered for award. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-05 effective 5/1/2022. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The FAR clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses http://www.acquisition.gov/far/. The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking to issue a firm fixed price contract with for the State of Michigan FY22 Spring Repairs as described in the Training Ship State of Michigan (TS SOMI) Spring Repair SOW and Drawings Vendor Price Sheet � Attachment 2, Solicitation Provisions and Contract Clauses - Attachment 3, Department of Labor Wage Determination � Attachment 4 and Amendment 1 - SOW Changes and Questions and Responses - Attachment 5� Quoters are required to submit pricing for all materials, equipment and labor required to complete the work on the vendor price sheet, Attachment 2. � Site Visit:� A site visit at the Great Lakes Maritime Academy located at 715 E. Front St., Traverse City, MI 49686 can be arranged by contacting the Contracting Officer, Bridget Bonnecarrere at bridget.bonnecarrere@dot.gov prior to 19 May 2022.
