- The reason for amendment 0003 is for the CO to complete corrective action in response to a protest received. As part of the corrective action, the VA will update its market research. Any proposals received prior to the response due date will be put on hold and won t be evaluated until the corrective action is complete. The response date for receipt of proposals is extended to June 30, 2022, 12:00 PM Mountain Time.
