- This is a pre-solicitation notice for MCC�s Sierra Leone Productive Use of Energy: Technical Assistance and Access to Finance Feasibility consultancy requirement. The objective of this special notice is to facilitate an opportunity for industry to provide feedback on the draft Scope of Work (SOW) to improve the clarity of the requirements, and to solicit responses to questions prepared by MCC regarding this requirement (see below). Please review the attached SOW and the following MCC questions for industry.� Provide all responses, comments, and clarification questions to both POCs listed below at your earliest convenience, no later than 2:00PM EST, June 8, 2022. MCC questions for industry: General Please identify whether there are any aspects of the requirement that your firm would need more clarity to provide an offer. Please identify all GSA Contracts your company holds and are relevant to this requirement. Please indicate all SINS, Pools or Constellations that are applicable to this requirement. Please indicate the NAICS code you believe is most appropriate for this requirement. Please indicate the size of your business. Please specify all socio-economic categories that apply to your business. Do you provide this service or product commercially? Requirement Specific Has your firm rigorously assessed the creditworthiness of agribusinesses in Sub-Saharan Africa? Has your firm conducted rigorous, holistic analyses of financial industries in Sub-Saharan Africa, oriented toward identifying gaps in financial instrument provision, particularly oriented towards creating opportunities for small and medium enterprises in Africa? # of years? # of studies? Has your firm conducted research oriented toward developing financial strategies to improve the competitiveness of agribusiness market chains? If yes, # of years? # of studies? NOTE: MCC expects to launch this procurement in early to mid-June 2022.� MCC anticipates the contract to be awarded in/around August 2022.
