Amendment� 1 - posted on 5/18/2022 amends the RFQ Section�3.0 Evaluation Factors to: Trade-off process will be utilized. The objective of this procurement is to obtain detailed property-level microdata on real estate transactions and property characteristics across numerous states to verify quality of the data and to fill in gaps of current datasets BEA uses for land valuation and housing-related research. The data should cover 1990 through 2021 and should contain a level of detail and quality as specified in Section 3. Requirement of the SOW.�
