Monique Paltan Contracting Officer CONTINUATION PAGE SOLICITATION 36C24222Q0564 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Question 1: Can you tell me if these services were previously performed by a contractor? If so, could you please provide the incumbent name as well as the contract number? Answer: In reference to your request to obtain previous contract information, a contracting officer is not allowed to release that information. Question 2: What was the previous awarded Solicitation Number, Date awarded and awarded value for pest control services? Answer: In reference to your request to obtain previous contract award information, a contracting officer is not allowed to release that information. Question 3: What is the amount of hours each month the previous contractor spent on site at each location to provide the pest services to all areas outlined within the scope of service?  Does the government consider this service adequate?  Answer: The hours spent by the previous contractor providing pest services is not applicable for this requirement. The governments current needs for both campuses are specified in the Solicitation. Question 4: How many after-hours service requests at each site have there been in the past 12 months? Answer: Approximately 1-2 each month for Montrose and 1-3 months for Castle Point. Question 5: What are the regular service days for these sites?   Answer: Monday through Friday. Question 6: Who is the current pest vendor? Answer: : In reference to your request to obtain previous contractor information, a contracting officer is not allowed to release that information. Question 7: What is the number of bed bug service requests at each site over the past 12 months?   Answer: Approximately 20 calls for Montrose and 12 calls for Castle Point. Question 8: Has any of the scope of service changed from this Solicitation compared to that of the last awarded contract? If so, what changed?  Answer: No. Question 9: How many service calls for termites occurred at each location over the past 12 months? Answer: Zero. Question 10: Can the government clarify that this fixed cost includes termite control treatments or will these be at additional cost per occurrence?  Answer: The CLIN for All Other Types of Pests (i.e., stored product pests, aquatic pests, wood destroying organisms, termites, etc.), includes termite control treatments. Question 11: Is pricing from a previous vendor who performed these services available? Answer: No, a contracting officer is not allowed to release that information. Question 12: Is square footage available for both the Castle Point and Montrose campuses? Answer: Square footage is not available for the campuses. Maps of both campuses, and individual building coverage areas were included in the Solicitation for reference. Question 13: We were interested in this solicitation, but I can't find in the SOW if there is a site visit? Answer: A site visit has been scheduled for June 8th, 2022. See details in the previous page. Question 14: Will site visits be allowed to view the treatment areas? Could we schedule an appointment to do so? Answer: A site visit has been scheduled for June 8th, 2022. See details in the previous page. Question 15: Is pricing from a previous vendor who performed these services available? Can you also tell me who the current vendor is? Answer: In reference to your request to obtain previous contract pricing and contractor information, a contracting officer is not allowed to release that information.
