- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on Contract Opportunities (https://sam.gov/content/opportunities) The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N62742-22-Q-3700.� This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-06 and DFARS Publication Notice 20220428.� It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.� The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far and https://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html.� The NAICS code is 611430 and the Small Business Standard is $13,000,000.� This is a competitive, unrestricted action.� The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision.� Award will be made on an unrestricted basis to a technically acceptable Offeror with a fair and reasonable price. Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001 � Base: BECx Training, Locations: WA/SE/NW/HI CLIN 0002 � Option: BECx Training, Locations: LANT/EURAFCENT CLIN 0003 � Option: BECx Training, Locations: ML CLIN 0004 � Option: BECx Training, Locations: SW CLIN 0005 � Option: BECx Training, Locations: PAC CLIN 0006 � Option: BECx Training, Locations: MAR/FE See Statement of Work (SOW) for detailed breakdown. Period of Performance is 01 August 2022 � 31 July 2023; This requirement has optional CLINs to accommodate additional training locations, the optional CLINs do not extend the term of the contract.� Training classes will be held virtually.� Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. See Attachment 1 for provisions and clauses applicable to this procurement. System for Award Management (SAM): Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award.� Registration is free and can be completed online at https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration.
