- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a non-appropriated funds (NAF) commercial service to provide and set-up Potable Water Tanks for the US Air Force Marathon at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA8601-22-Q-0075 and issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05, effective date 7 March 2022. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, is used, and specific evaluation criteria are included in paragraph (a) of that provision. Offerors� shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with the offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Additional clauses can be found in the attachment named �Solicitation Document�. Offerors shall submit a detailed response to the solicitation explaining how the offeror is able to fulfill all requirements in the attachment named �Performance Work Statement�. This acquisition is Full and Open under North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code: 221310, Water Supply & Irrigation Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $30 million. Synopsitation Closing Date: Proposals must be received not later than 3:00 pm, Eastern Daylight time on 10 June 2022.
